PAR-SEC (Particular-Security) Consulting was created in early 2013 by a retired military intelligence analyst with 25+ years experience. It is still in the start up phase but it remains nonetheless innovative, from which we have derived our unofficial motto: An Innovative Travel Intelligence and Advice Firm. We are unique because we differ from our competitors, the "travel risk management" companies who rely on the latest news to alert their clients when, effectively, it is already too late. That is probably the reason behind their offer of close protection services, GPS tracking and other extremely costly solutions such as evacuation services during a crisis. We, on the other hand offer one simple yet original advantage within the travel security world: accurate intelligence assessments based on proven analytical techniques.

We provide insight for our clients as they deserve better than news reports; they have a clear need to know for what is likely to affect them tomorrow, next week or the following month. There are hundreds of risk management firms that offer reactive services, often based on past events and we let that business to them. We also leave the speculative, non-committal and over cautious narratives to others. Our business is intelligence based and we strive to offer accurate assessments, advice and simple to follow courses of action at a great cost effectiveness to tourists and for business travellers alike and we stand fully behind our work.
